Use of the Service Permitted Use: Nqleat is provided for your personal and commercial use to connect shippers and drivers for transportation services within Oman. Prohibited Use: You agree not to: Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content. Harass, abuse, or harm other users. Use automated systems to access the service. Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

Posting and Accepting Shipments Shipper Responsibilities: Shippers must provide accurate and complete information about their shipment requests, including departure and arrival cities, dates, load type, and size. Driver Responsibilities: Drivers must provide accurate and complete information about their availability, vehicle capacity, and routes. Drivers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to transportation and vehicle operation. Agreement Between Users: When a shipper and driver agree on a shipment, they enter into a binding agreement. Nqleat is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the performance of either party.

Communication In-App Chat: Nqleat provides an in-app chat feature to facilitate communication between users. You agree to use this feature responsibly and respectfully. Notifications: You consent to receive notifications from Nqleat, including messages, updates, and promotional offers.

Privacy Your use of Nqleat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability Disclaimer: Nqleat provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the service.
